​ ✨BOOKING POLICY ​ Typically, the consultation and procedure will be done on the same day. ​If following the consultation we determine the procedure is not for you, there will be no obligations or cost to you. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have read the FAQs and Contraindications for their procedure prior to booking to ensure they are a suitable candidate. All permanent make-up/tattoos & teeth whitening procedures require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of the service.This is to ensure you are serious and committed to your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit is not transferable to another person. Appointments can be changed up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, without penalty. Should you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay an additional deposit. Exceptions will be made in emergency situations or with COVID-19 related symptoms, pending adequate documentation. ​ ✨CANCELLATION POLICY We require at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late, may result in cancellation of your appointment. Any changes made to an appointment the day of or time of appointment that cannot be redesigned and need additional time outside of the scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the hours scheduled that day and put towards the rescheduled appointment for new changes made. A 100% charge of the entire service will be applied for any cancellations that are not made in the respected time frame along with confirmed no shows. All deposits made at the booking time for your service are nonrefundable or transferable to or for another service. All changes made to a design the day or time of the appointment, that requires additional adjustments outside of the scheduled time of appointment, that doesn’t allows us to move forward with the service will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This would be considered a cancellation in which, the cancellation policy would be applied. ​ ✨PROCEDURE POLICY We offer the highest degree of detail and care to our permanent makeup/tattoo related procedures. Unfortunately, we have no control over some factors that affect the healing process and final outcome, therefore, we offer no guarantee on results. Please be aware, additional touch-ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. We do not offer refunds on any services. No predraw for any tattoo design will be shared until the day of your appointment for protection of the artist’s work. Any tweaks or adjustment that need to made prior to the tattoo procedure has the extra scheduled time to make those changes. ​ ✨TOUCH-UP POLICY ​ All touch appointments are made with the allotted time frame before leaving your initial appointment. Any included touch-up appointments for all tattooing that are cancelled without 48 hours notice will be forfeited. There are no refunds for included touch-up appointments, missed, rescheduled or otherwise not taken within the allotted time frames indicated (4-6 weeks) after initial appointment will result in forfeiting the included touch-up and result in regular hourly pricing. ​ ✨NO GUEST POLICY We kindly ask that only you attend your appointment - please do not bring friends, family, children or pets with you.
